Grant supports work to inform on Native American Studies

University of Nebraska-Lincoln assistant professor of anthropology Dr. Carrie Heitman and her colleagues have just been awarded a grant for their Digital Native American and Indigenous Studies Project by The National Endowment for the Humanities in the sum of $249,817.  Dr. Jennifer Guiliano, assistant professor of history at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis is the project director with Heitman working as one of the senior personnel. Also, she will be one of several instructors who will be helping with the several workshops that the project is planning.
